About us

Getting the GP care you deserve, without leaving your NHS GP.

The Oakley Medical Practice is a private GP and medical practice based in Sutton Coldfield. We are a friendly team of highly professional practitioners who provide continuity and complete confidentiality alongside excellent standards of healthcare. You can choose our services independently of any NHS provision and investigate options that may currently be unavailable at your own GP surgery.

Appropriate consultation time.

Patient care is our first concern, so we allow an appropriate consultation time for your needs to be fully addressed. Once you’ve seen us, we will provide the necessary test, diagnosis, treatment or referrals without delay. We aim to put your mind at rest and make you feel a whole lot better.

We provide general family medicine, childhood and adult vaccines (including those not available on the NHS) and consultations for advice, screening, specialist treatments, referrals, and second opinions.

Why use a private GP?

Appropriate amount of time for GP appointments.

Less time waiting for appointments means less stress.

Quicker to testing, screening and referral.

Quicker to diagnosis and treatment.

You don’t have to leave your NHS practitioner.
